元検事正の取締役再任案を撤回 逮捕報道受けベルトコンベヤー大手
NC Holdings, a major belt conveyor company, announced the withdrawal of the proposal to reappoint former Osaka Deputy Public Prosecutor General Kentaro Kitagawa, who was arrested on suspicion of quasi-forcible intercourse on the 25th, as a director. The proposal was scheduled to be presented at the regular shareholders" meeting on the 27th.
Kitagawa has been serving as a director on the audit committee since November of Reiwa 3. The company cited the arrest by the Osaka High Public Prosecutor"s Office as the reason for the withdrawal of the proposal.
ベルトコンベヤー大手のＮＣホールディングス（東京）は２６日、準強制性交の疑いで２５日に逮捕された元大阪地検検事正、北川健太郎容疑者（６４）を取締役に再任するとの議案を撤回すると発表した。２７日に開催する定時株主総会で再任を提案する予定だった。
同社によると、北川容疑者は令和３年１１月から監査等委員である取締役を務めている。同社は議案の撤回について「大阪高検に逮捕されたとの報道がなされたことに伴うもの」としている。
